Reporting Bugs

To report a bug please either email support@networkedplanet.com or log on here and click on New Case in the top menu. 

When reporting a bug, please follow the check list below when reporting issues:

  1. Be sure to specify which products and which version of the product you are using.
    If reporting an issue with Concepts for SharePoint or the SharePoint Module, tell us what version of SharePoint you are running
    If reporting an issue with the EPiServer Module, tell us what version of EPiServer you are running

  2. Include all relevant log files. Please ZIP large log files

  3. Include a detailed description of how the error occurs including any actions that the user must perform to make the issue occur. Any information you can provide to help us reproduce the bug will improve our ability to resolve your issue quickly.

  4. If you have custom code involved please let us know at the start of the process of resolving your issue.
